Manufacturing Technician I – 2nd ShiftLocation: 5050 Nathan Lane N, Plymouth, MN 55442Duration: 12 MonthsWork Arrangement: 100% OnsiteShift: Monday – Thursday | 3:35 PM – 1:45 AMPay Range: $20 - $24 per hour (W2)Position SummaryThe Manufacturing Technician I will support production operations by maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves working closely with engineers and production teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes and high-quality output.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, analyze, and implement manufacturing process improvementsPerform equipment maintenance and support production line operationsDevelop and maintain tooling and fixturesTroubleshoot assembly issues, including catheter-related defectsSupport new product introductions (NPI) and validation activitiesAssist in preparing technical documentation and reportsTrain production assemblers on processes and best practicesCollaborate with engineers on minor projects and ongoing improvementsDiagnose part and process-related issues and recommend solutionsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required1–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, repair, or production support preferredMedical device assembly experience is a plusSkills & CompetenciesStrong technical aptitudeProblem-solving and troubleshooting skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesAdditional InformationInitial training will be conducted on the 1st shift before transitioning to the 2nd shiftThe 2nd shift team includes technicians and engineers providing collaborative supportInterview process includes a phone screening followed by an onsite interviewWe are looking for candidates who are eligible to work with any employers without sponsorship.
