Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for an Operations Assistant based in Los Angeles, CA. The Operations Assistant will support day-to-day operational activities, manage schedules, assist with operational coordination, maintain records, and streamline processes. Additional responsibilities include ensuring smooth communication and providing administrative support to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities Inbox management, task tracking, scheduling, light research, and basic admin support Qualifications Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management for effective daily task coordination Strong Analytical Skills to identify inefficiencies and propose workable solutions Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with team members and stakeholders Organized with time management skills; experience with standard office software tools Prior experience in operations or administrative roles is a plus Notes This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, checklists, and follow-through . It is not a creative role. Accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail matter .
