Glass Plant Quality Leader | Continuous Improvement
O-I
O-I is seeking a Plant Quality Manager at our Lapel, IN facility to lead and continually improve quality systems across the plant. You will partner with plant management to develop and execute the quality plan that supports a customer-focused organization. The role emphasizes establishing quality objectives, implementing corrective actions, and driving Total Quality Management (TQM) across departments. A Bachelor's degree and QA experience in manufacturing are preferred, with strong #J-18808-Ljbffr O-I
