Job Overview A law firm seeks a Tax Associate in White Plains, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in tax practice, with experience or coursework in pass-through entities and corporate tax. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment. Duties Provide legal advice on tax-related matters. Assist with tax planning and compliance for clients. Conduct research and analysis on tax issues. Draft and review legal documents related to tax law. Requirements Experience with pass-through entities and corporate tax. Excellent academic record and law firm experience. Strong writing and communication skills. Federal tax controversy experience is a plus. CPA background is strongly encouraged. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. LL.M in Tax is a plus. Certifications CPA certification is advantageous. Skills Strong analytical and research skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.
