We're seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our small animal team. • Three exam rooms, including a dedicated comfort room
• Dedicated surgery days
• Surgical suite
• Dental treatment area
• Digital full-body and dental radiography
• IDEXX in-house diagnostics, including ProCyte, Catalyst, Sedivue, InVue, and SNAP testing
• ScribbleVet AI medical documentation support
• Visiting orthopedic surgeon for advanced procedures

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $110,000-$135,000 , depending on experience
• Quarterly production bonus opportunities
• Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus

About You

• DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary school
• Arizona veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
• Passion for high-quality medicine and client relationships
• Strong communication skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
