Account ManagerPrimary Staffing Inc. is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to support and grow our operations in Bolingbrook, Illinois. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building strong client relationships, supporting recruiting efforts, and ensuring operational excellence by connecting the right talent with our clients’ needs. The Account Manager will serve as a key liaison between clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure successful staffing outcomes.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned client accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clientsCoordinate with the recruiting team to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing ordersPromote open positions through various recruiting channels and outreach effortsRecruit, interview, and identify qualified candidates based on job descriptions and client requirementsScreen and select the most qualified candidates to meet client expectationsMonitor employee attendance, performance, and client satisfactionConduct regular client visits and check-ins to ensure service qualityIdentify opportunities to expand services within existing client accountsEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client requirementsTrack account activity, staffing needs, and performance metricsRequirements2– 3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, account management, or client servicesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBilingual (English & Spanish) requiredStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExperience in industrial or light industrial staffing is a plusCompensation $45,000 – $50,000 annually (based on experience) Opportunity for professional growth within a growing organization Location: Bolingbrook, Illinois Ready to grow your career in the staffing industry?
