• License/Certs: State RN license, BLS, ACLS required; CPI & CCRN preferred
• Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience, Epic electronic system experience required

What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care to ICU patients across multiple specialized units including ICU, CVICU, NICU, SICU, MICU, TICU, and Burn ICU
• Float and adapt to different ICU settings as needed in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
• Document care and maintain accurate patient records
• Uphold safety and compliance standards in a high-acuity setting

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or compact license
• 2+ years ICU experience
• Epic electronic health record system experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to float to multiple ICU units as required
