What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality ICU patient care across various ICU units
• Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to emergencies
• Document patient status and interventions accurately in Epic EMR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective care plans
• Assist with patient transitions and coordinate care with other units
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and hospital protocols
• Support float responsibilities across multiple ICU departments

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience
• Epic EMR experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• CPI and CCRN certifications (preferred)
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and team collaboration skills
