• Location: 725 South Wahanna Road, Seaside, OR 97138
• Start Date: 08/04/2026
• End Date/Duration: Temporary/Contract position
• Shift: M-Thurs, 8 am 5 pm (10-hour shifts optional); no weekend or night coverage
• Hours per week: 32-40 hours, based on schedule
• Employment Type: Contractor
• License/Certifications: Active Oregon license, DEA, AONCP certification, BLS
• Experience: Previous experience in hematology/oncology preferred
• Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (per diem)

What You ll Do:

• Manage hematology and oncology patient care in a busy outpatient clinic
• Collaborate with oncologists and work independently on certain days
• Assist in patient management in the infusion suite
• Respond to lab results, in-basket messages, and patient inquiries
• Support care coordination with the oncology nurse navigator and multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

What You Need:

• Active Oregon license and DEA registration
• AONCP certification and BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of hematology/oncology experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, patient-centered approach, and ability to work independently when required
