Locum Tenens assignment, starting November 2, 2026.

Work Dates Needed : Starting ASAP, long term coverage needed. Credentialing takes roughly 2-3 weeks.
Preferred Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8a-5p. Will consider both full and part time providers.
Worksite Setting : Mobile Medical Vans stationed at shelters, drop in centers. Flexible to work inside housing with a multi disciplinary team of case managers, nurses, patient navigators
Scope of Work : 100% adult patients, most are homeless or formerly homeless.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : active NY license, Board certified NP, with experience working in community healthcare and outreach
EMR : eclinical
Pay Rate Preferred : 90/HR
