The facility operates as an outpatient primary care clinic delivering day shift clinical services to patients of all ages. Clinical workflows are structured to support consistent and coordinated care delivery, with an expected volume of 21 patients per day. The facility maintains established protocols to accommodate on-site locum tenens coverage.

The assignment area offers clinicians access to a range of cultural, outdoor, and recreational activities suited to varied interests. Notable destinations include Brooklyn Bridge Park, Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and the Brooklyn Museum. The Brooklyn Heights Promenade provides waterfront views, and additional options such as flea and street markets, walking tours, and the New York Transit Museum complement the range of activities available during time away from the assignment.

Clinicians will provide outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages on a day shift basis. Coverage is required a minimum of three days per week - Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday - with a preference for five days per week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The expected caseload is 21 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across all age groups. No call coverage is required for this assignment, and prescriptive authority is required.
