Key ResponsibilitiesOperationalSupport&Oversight SupporttheRegional Managerindailyoperationalactivitiesacrossthe assigned region Assistwithensuringallroutes,drivers,andvehiclesareoperationalandproperly assigned Monitordailyscheduledvs.performedtripsandescalateissuesto theRegional Manager Verifyroutesarestartedasscheduledandensureservicecontinuity Assistwithoffsitevisits,spotchecks,anddriverinspectionsasdirected Safety, Compliance & Risk Management Assist the Regional Manager and Risk Manager with accident reporting, documentation, and follow-up Support retrieval of video footage, incident reports, and required documentation Assist in monitoring the current camera systems as it relates to safety alerts and inbox itemsandclearingassigned issues in a timely manner Review wheelchair securementphotosandcompliancedocumentationasassigned Participate in audits, inspections, and compliance reviews as needed.
