Burlington Kia, a leading dealership in the tri-state area, is seeking a dedicated Parts Associate to join our team. If you enjoy working with automotive parts and providing excellent customer service, we'd love to have you on board!Key Responsibilities:Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and locating the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles.Maintain an organized and well-stocked inventory of parts and accessories, ensuring that the parts department operates efficiently.Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and promptly.Handle incoming parts shipments, verifying quantities and ensuring proper storage.Use dealership management software to track inventory levels, order parts, and manage customer information.Provide expert advice and guidance on parts and accessories, helping customers make informed decisions.Collaborate with the service and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery.Maintain a clean and organized parts department, adhering to all safety protocols.Qualifications:Previous experience in an automotive parts department or a similar role is preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Proficiency in using dealership management software and basic computer applications.Previous experience with CDK is preferred. Ability to lift and move heavy parts and equipment.A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certification is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive wage structure.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and more.Ongoing training and opportunities for professional development.A positive and supportive work environment.Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the dealership.How to Apply:If you're ready to join Burlington Kia and become an integral part of our parts department, we encourage you to apply!Burlington Kia is an equal opportunity employer.
