Industrial Curing Table Operator (High heat environment!)

Full time position

Shifts available:
3rd shift: Sun-Thurs | 11:00 PM-7:30 AM | OT as needed

1st shift: Mon-Fri | 7:00AM - 3:30PM | OT as needed

A local manufacturing company is hiring for  Curing Table Operators!This is a hands-on manufacturing position for dependable individuals who enjoy active work and are looking for a long-term opportunity. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality automotive rubber components by loading, curing, trimming, and inspecting products while following quality and safety standards.  This position is performed in an extremely warm manufacturing environment and requires the ability to work in high-heat conditions for the entire shift.

Responsibilities:
-Operate machines to assist with automotive manufacturing production processes.
-Monitor curing times and follow production specifications
-Trim, inspect, and prepare finished products for the next production stage
-Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
-Follow work instructions and safety procedures
-Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Requirements:
-Ability to pass a background check and drug testing
-Reliable transportation to and from work
-Great attendance and dependability
-Ability to lift up to 50-60 lbs. independently
-Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift
-Comfortable working in a  very hot manufacturing environment
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
