Owning the strategy for large-scale and regional education industry conferences and events, the full-time remote Event Marketing Manager will manage logistics, collaborate on promotional strategies, and track lead generation to ensure a top-notch experience for participants and drive brand engagement. Key responsibilities Lead the event strategy by researching and recommending education industry conferences to prioritize for maximum ROI Manage logistics and deadlines across multiple events, including venue coordination and promotional tasks Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective event communications and lead generation efforts Required qualifications 4+ years of experience planning and executing large-scale B2B events, particularly in the K-12 education sector Solid experience with CRM systems and marketing tools for managing event activities and analyzing ROI Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Experience with virtual event software (Zoom, Cvent, Hopin, etc.) Minimum design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe
