Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our commitment to exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:Prepare and process shipping labels, documents, and invoicesCoordinate and schedule shipments with carriers and freight forwardersTrack and monitor shipment status to ensure on-time deliveryAccurately maintain shipping records and documentationCollaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure accurate order fulfillmentAddress and resolve any shipping issues or discrepancies that may ariseEnsure compliance with shipping regulations and requirementsOptimize shipping processes to improve efficiency and reduce costsInvestigate and resolve any customer shipping inquiries or complaintsManage lost or damaged shipment claimsWork with the accounting team to ensure accurate inventoryMaintain strict quality control standards for warehoused inventory
