Now Hiring: Stand Up Reach Forklift Operator – DeKalb, IL

We are seeking a reliable and experienced  Stand Up Reach Forklift Operator to start immediately in a temperature-controlled facility at 60&degree;F. Location: DeKalb, IL
Pay Rate: starting at $20.30 per hour
Schedule: To be discussed (flexible shifts) Three-and-a-half day workweek!

 

• A Shift - $20.30

Sunday-Tuesday 5:15 am-4:45 pm
Wednesday 5:15 am-11:15 am

• B Shift-$20.30

Wednesday 11:15 am-4:45 pm
Thursday-Saturday 5:15 am-4:45 pm

• D Shift-$22.30

Sunday-Tuesday 5:15 pm-4:45 am
Wednesday 5:15 pm-11:15 pm

• E Shift- $22.80

Wednesday 11:15 pm-4:45 am
Thursday-Saturday 5:15 pm-4:45 am Key Responsibilities
Operate stand-up reach forklifts and dock lifts safely and efficiently within a temperature-controlled environment

• Perform accurate loading, unloading, picking, packing, and shipping operations
• Manage inventory through cycle counting and ensure precise stock management
• Support automated packing systems and perform basic maintenance as needed during production hours
• Handle warehouse documentation, including picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to health and safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet productivity targets

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience or powered industrial truck operation
• Valid Forklift Operator’s License with certification
• Proven ability to operate stand-up reach forklifts confidently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs
• Capable of standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and available to work various shifts as discussed
