We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to join our growing team. Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
\n
• Coordinate and host hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives
\n
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide team support
\n
• Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure accurate, compliant documentation
\n
• Promote a strong employer brand and positive candidate experience
\n
• Conducts new hire onboarding and new hire orientation
\n
• Honor Direct Wire's core values
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field strongly preferred
\n
• 1-3 years of experience in fast-paced recruitment role
\n
• Demonstrated passion for human resources and supporting employee success
\n
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
\n
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
\n
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to maintaining a respectful and productive workplace environment
\n
