Neuro-Progressive/ICU Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Neuro-Progressive/ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. This position requires expertise in neuro-progressive care or stepdown/ICU settings, as well as proficiency with Epic electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a neuro-progressive/ICU setting.
• Complete Neuro-Progressive competency exam upon offer acceptance.
• Adhere to established protocols and guidelines, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement patient care.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in the electronic medical record (Epic).

Schedule

This position involves a night shift schedule from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• MUST have Neuro-Progressive, Stepdown, or ICU experience.
• Epic experience is REQUIRED.
• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Must be willing to wear NAVE BLUE scrubs as part of the dress code.
