What You'll Do

• Welcome every customer and create an outstanding shopping experience.
• Learn about customers' needs and recommend the best phones, accessories, and service plans.
• Build lasting relationships that encourage customers to return.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to store success.
• Demonstrate the latest wireless technology and accessories.
• Help customers set up new devices and explain product features.
• Stay knowledgeable about promotions and new products.
• Complete training and stay up to date on products and promotions.
• Follow company policies and cash handling procedures.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy and store security.
• Support store operations to ensure an excellent customer experience.

As A Lead Sales Associate, You'll Also

• Open and close the store.
• Lead by example and support teammates.
• Assist with daily operations and merchandising.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure the store looks clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Support management with operational tasks and special projects.
