Maintenance Technician
RG&T Solutions
On-site role supporting affordable and market-rate apartment communities by ensuring safe, well-maintained homes through hands-on maintenance and resident-ready unit preparation. Key Duties Complete work orders and perform preventive maintenance. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and household appliances. Prepare apartments for move-in and ensure units meet maintenance standards. Maintain common areas and support upkeep of building systems. Work collaboratively with a resident-focused team and follow training and best practices. Qualifications & Skills Practical diagnostic and repair skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and complete maintenance tasks safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident satisfaction. Willingness to learn, participate in training, and grow within multifamily property maintenance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
