This opportunity runs through December 30, 2026, offering you ongoing stability as you apply your OT or COTA expertise in both school and home health settings. With a manageable caseload of approximately 20–28 students and a schedule of 30 hours across five days per week, you’ll have the chance to work closely with students at a variety of developmental levels.

Pay for this role ranges from $45-50 per hour, reflecting your valuable skills and experience.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Massachusetts OT or COTA license/certification
• Experience delivering occupational therapy in K-12 school or healthcare settings
• Capability to treat diverse needs, adapting approaches for a variety of students
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Familiarity with educational documentation and IEP development preferred

Primary responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload, supporting IEP goals and classroom participation
• Develop, implement, and track individualized therapy plans
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Conduct assessments, create reports, and contribute to eligibility or progress meetings
• Promote student independence and help improve fine motor, sensory, or functional skills in school and potentially home health environments
