Location:FL-Tampa Job Title: On Air Talent - WDUV Radio Position Overview WDUV Radio Tampa has an opening for a full-time On-Air Talent role for 105.5 The Dove! We are seeking a dynamic personality who can strengthen our on-air team while individually standing out in prime time and across social platforms. The ideal candidate connects naturally with audiences on-air, in person, and on social media. They bring a strong work ethic, collaborate well with others, and understand how to work within format guidelines to support ratings and revenue goals. This person should be a strong storyteller with quick wit, have a solid understanding of forward momentum in a PPM environment, be emersed in pop-culture, and apply an active, forward-thinking approach to social media and video. The role requires the ability to tease and deliver compelling content with strong pacing and timing, along with a programming-focused mindset and strategic experience. This role reports directly to the Director of Branding and Programming and is based in the Tampa Bay area. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cox Media Group
