Title: Technical Support Tech I Location: Sterling, VA Shift: Night shift 9pm-7am EST Pay Scale: $24.00/hr Duration: 6 months Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Tech to provide day-to-day technical assistance to end users. This role is responsible for identifying, researching, and resolving a variety of technical issues while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will follow established procedures, document issues accurately, and work under close supervision to ensure timely problem resolution. This position requires working an overnight shift. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to end users via telephone, email, and in-person requests Identify, research, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and system issues Document, track, and monitor reported problems to ensure timely resolution Escalate unresolved issues according to established guidelines Maintain accurate records of support requests and solutions Follow pre-established instructions, procedures, and best practices Communicate clearly and professionally with users and team members Qualifications 0–3 years of experience in technical support or a related role Basic knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within IT support Ability to follow instructions and established guidelines Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work effectively under immediate supervision Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience) Nice to have but not required Ticketing knowledge/experience Certification(s) Data center experience Skills & Competencies Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Familiarity with common operating systems, applications, and hardware Strong organizational and documentation skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment About INSPYR Solutions Technology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
