Multi‑Site Facilities Manager – Americas Hybrid 2 days a week, Northampton, MA / Westborough, MA. Once a month to start (Norcross, GA / Québec, Canada). Compensation: $125–135k plus 6% + bonus. About the Role We are entering an exciting phase of growth and professionalisation across our Americas footprint and need a Multi‑Site Facilities Manager to build, connect and evolve our workplaces. With a regional Americas scope, you will support key production and office locations—including Northampton, MA; Westborough, MA; Norcross, GA; and Québec, Canada—shaping, optimising and maturing how facilities are managed across multiple sites during a period of growth and change. Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day facilities operations across multiple Americas sites Act as the primary facilities partner for site leaders and local stakeholders Coordinate vendors and service providers across office and production facilities Ensure safety, compliance and preventative maintenance standards are met Support site improvements, small projects, refurbishments and space optimisation Manage regional facilities budgets and identify pragmatic cost efficiencies Support sustainability and energy‑efficiency initiatives Provide clear reporting and insights to global facilities leadership What We’re Looking For 5+ years of facilities management experience, ideally in a multi‑site or regional role Experience in a corporate, manufacturing or high‑tech environment Strong vendor and stakeholder management capabilities A practical, solution‑driven approach and comfort working independently within a global organisation Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style Experience mentoring or leading others is a plus Facilities certifications (e.g., CFM) are a plus, but experience and mindset are key What We Offer Hybrid working environment with flexibility A role with real influence during a period of growth and transformation Regional ownership within a global organisation Competitive compensation and benefits Opportunity to grow into broader leadership responsibility as the organisation matures #J-18808-Ljbffr
