Senior Manager, Field Operations, Oncology
Johnson & Johnson
Senior Manager leading field operations strategy and execution for Johnson & Johnson's Oncology sales organization. This role partners with senior leaders across functions to design and implement scalable operational processes, enabling the field sales team to achieve business objectives through disciplined execution and consistent implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and oversight for national and regional field meetings to maximize engagement and execution impact
- Develop manager coaching resources, performance metrics, and dashboards for field leadership
- Partner with Learning & Development to design and deploy field training content and learning plans
- Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Technology, and other functions to optimize operational processes
- Support field business planning, account management, deployment, onboarding, and targeting excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Three or more years in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry
- Experience supporting or partnering with field sales organizations
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority in matrix environments
- Capacity to manage competing priorities and travel up to 30%
- Oncology or specialty-market experience preferred
