Position Summary: Under the direction of the supervisor and/or lead person, the warehouseman receives raw material, sample material received, releases applicable materials, assigns and locates materials, labels materials. Interface with Purchasing, QC groups for proper flow of material and paperwork. Operate various types of fork trucks. Use LCS system for proper search of material lot numbers, assist the Label Room on as needed basis. Perform routine physical inventory on materials. Deliver and receive materials to and from the Plant. Fill and maintain all related paperwork. Responsibilities: Essential Duties Completes shipments by processing and loading orders. Responsible for moving, stocking, receiving and packing outbound warehouse merchandise. Assists in inventory level maintenance and inventory counts. Operates warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks. Responsible for following warehouse safety regulations. At higher job levels, possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. Provides leadership, coaching and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
