About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Head of Nursing to serve as the senior nursing executive and clinical strategist. This pivotal role acts as a key link between healthcare providers, nursing leadership, product innovation, and commercial teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and effective utilization of the company's innovative medical device portfolio. This includes providing strategic guidance on the clinical application and market positioning of the technology, fostering the development of long-term strategies for market growth, and ensuring that the solutions improve patient safety, quality, and outcomes, as well as nursing workflows. The VP, Head of Nursing will also be a highly visible industry leader, serving as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives and helping to identify market opportunities and strengthen customer partnerships. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of nursing experience, with at least 10 years in nursing leadership and operations. Essential requirements include C-Level relationship management experience, a proven track record in team mentoring and leadership, and the ability to travel as needed. The ideal candidate will have a background in a medical device, healthcare technology, or healthcare solutions organization, and experience in supporting commercial teams through strategic planning and market development. Active RN licensure is preferred.
