Working with management team to set restaurant goals and build a plan to achieve those goals. Leading a team of managers with specific responsibilities in the restaurant. Helping managers set their own goals, follow up on progress, and providing mentoring and direction to improve the restaurant overall. Hiring, training, and developing managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team. Ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald's standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability.
