Position Title Associate Job Summary As an Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with daily operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll have the ability to shape the store’s success and contribute to our company’s growth. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience – Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of service. Sales & Performance – Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achievement of sales targets. Operational Excellence – Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, health & safety regulations. Team Collaboration – Work collaboratively with team members to meet store sales and operational goals, and adhere to store policies. Additional duties and projects as required. Qualifications Experience in retail or a similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets. Customer‑centric attitude and passion for delivering outstanding service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Positive attitude, reliability, strong work ethic and flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems. Minimum Requirements Weekly availability – mix of mornings, days, and nights per business needs, plus weekends and holidays. Consistent punctuality and regular attendance in line with company policies. Clear spoken English to communicate with customers. Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English for business tasks and sales reports. Physical Demands Requires prolonged standing (approximately 4–14 hours per day), stooping, kneeling, reaching, pulling, and climbing ladders or stairs to stock merchandise. Must lift items weighing 5–25 lbs regularly; may be higher in certain situations. Requires good vision, including color differentiation. The work environment is a moderately noisy retail setting.
