Phlebotomist

Labcorp

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomist for a client site in Hickory, NC, working Monday–Wednesday, 8am–5pm. The role involves collecting blood specimens, processing patient data, and delivering customer service in a diagnostic laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
Enter patient information and maintain specimen logs accurately
Process billing and collect payments as required
Provide customer service and perform administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
Minimum 3 months phlebotomy experience or current certification
Pass standardized color blindness test
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Reliable transportation and flexibility for overtime
