CMA Architects & Engineers LLC is a full-service engineering and architecture design firm with over 65 years of experience is looking for a Full Time Architect to assist Architecture Department Lead in the design, development, and execution of architectural projects in mostly commercial and institutional market.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist/Develop in the conceptualization and design of architectural projects in all design phases.
- Lead multidisciplinary team
- Conduct site visits.
- Create and review architectural drawings using software in Revit/AutoCAD
- Codes and Standards compliance.
- Develop visual presentations, 3D models, and renderings to communicate design concepts.
- Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and/or consultants.
- Support the preparation of technical documentation/specifications
- Develop technical reports and/or as builts
- Bachelor’s degree / master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution
- Active professional registration (Architect in Training, AIT or Registered Architect, RA).
- Previous experience in a similar role in architectural firms preferred.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit, and 3D modeling tools.
- Basic knowledge of codes, regulations and/or industry standards.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Creativity and innovation in solving design challenges.
- Ability to prioritize/manage multiple tasks and adapt to tight deadlines.
- Fully Bilingual (English)
- Portfolio required as part of the application .
