At Chick-fil-A, being a Back of House Team Member is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Team Members work directly with an independent Owner/Operator and gain valuable experience that goes far beyond preparing great food in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Back of House Team Members play an important role in ensuring every guest receives the quality food and service Chick-fil-A is known for.
Position Type:

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Learn and perform multiple kitchen stations including fries, breading, boards, assembling, and food preparation
- Stock and organize kitchen inventory as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Follow food safety and quality standards
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to leadership
- Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Follow Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and dress code
- Participate in training and stay up to date on procedures and new products
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry 3060 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Work schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
