About the Role
As a Full-time Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing and treating residents with various medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to achieve specific goals and outcomes
- Providing education and training to residents, families, and caregivers on self-care skills and independence
- Collaborating with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident assessments, treatment plans, and progress
Requirements
- Occupational Therapy License (Required)
- Ability to relocate to Springfield, OH 45503 before starting work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
