Salesforce Business Analyst and QA

Job Description Banking and financial services experience is preferred Ability to define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end‑states, and deliver a CRM solution Working knowledge in data migration and integration Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology‑enabled business solutions in client‑facing and team leadership roles (e.g., functional lead, work‑stream lead, etc) Write user stories aligning to product capabilities of Financial Service cloud and Experience Cloud Hands‑on work on the existing Salesforce implementation Lead defining and practical business solutions based on Salesforce.com technology implementing; experience leading executive discovery sessions Understand requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needs Perform routine administration functions for Salesforce.com Create documentation (e.g., training, communications, release notes, test scripts, process flows) associated with Salesforce projects Actively coordinate and participate in SIT and UAT Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders Onsite‑offshore coordination Report regular progress on projects Testing and training strategies Sales, service certifications required FSC certification will be preferred Roles & Responsibilities Execute quick POC Write user stories aligning to product capabilities of Financial Service cloud and Experience Cloud Hands‑on work on the existing Salesforce implementation Lead defining and practical business solutions based on Salesforce.com technology implementing; experience leading executive discovery sessions Understand requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needs Perform routine administration functions for Salesforce.com Create documentation (e.g., training, communications, release notes, test scripts, process flows) associated with Salesforce projects Actively coordinate and participate in SIT and UAT Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders Onsite‑offshore coordination Report regular progress on projects Testing and training strategies Qualifications Bachelor of Computer Science Salary Range: $110,000 to $135,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Tata Consultancy Services
