Join a growing, physician‑owned dermatology practice in Kyle, Texas, just 20‑25 minutes from Austin, Texas. We’re looking for a Physician Assistant with dermatology experience to provide high‑quality dermatologic care in a supportive, patient‑first environment. Position Highlights Location: Predominantly Kyle, TX Schedule: 4‑day work week option, no weekends Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 base salary (DOE) + production bonuses Specialties: General dermatology, optional cosmetic dermatology Your Role Diagnose and manage conditions affecting skin, hair, and nails Perform in‑office dermatologic procedures (biopsies, cryotherapy, etc.) Option to perform cosmetic procedures (neurotoxins, fillers, lasers, aesthetic services) Work alongside experienced medical assistants and physician leadership Maintain accurate documentation using EMA (Modernizing Medicine) EMR Benefits Competitive base salary + production‑based bonus structure 4‑day work week option Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match CME allowance and paid CME days Paid malpractice insurance 15‑20 days of PTO and holidays Supportive, physician‑led work environment Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program Current Texas PA license (or eligible) and NCCPA certification Dermatology experience Strong communication and patient care skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Stryker Corporation
