Check our projects on our website: We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, client-focused Construction Project Manager who takes ownership of projects, anticipates problems before they affect budgets or schedules, manages subcontractors effectively, and delivers exceptional results. Job Summary: The Construction Project Manager coordinates projects through all phases of construction, from preconstruction through closeout. This position is suited for an experienced, motivated professional with a minimum of ten years of construction experience who is seeking a long-term career working on design-driven, high-finish commercial projects. The Project Manager works closely with the project team and is supported by an Assistant Project Manager, Accountant, and Operations personnel. Key Responsibilities Coordinate high-end commercial construction and luxury single-family residential projects. Develop project schedules and be accountable for schedule reviews, updates, and distribution. Organize and lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings. Track project budgets and cost reports. Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and closeout materials. Coordinate communication among subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams. Participate in site walks and assist with quality control and safety observations. Support permitting, inspections, and compliance with local building codes. Assist with change order documentation and tracking. Proactively identify project issues and elevate them to the project team as needed. Provide professional, responsive support to clients and project stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction Experience developing and maintaining construction schedules. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field a plus (or currently completing).
