About this Position The Licensing Specialist 2 will be responsible for maintaining all official company records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements by filing necessary documents with the state, taking minutes at meetings, managing corporate responses, and generally overseeing the administrative aspects of the company's legal structure, including proper document storage and accessibility. Research and interacting with leaders and associates on all levels. The ability to communicate ideas, issues and solutions across user and support audiences is essential to the role. Salary range between $48K - $50K Annually Hybrid Role Location: Duluth, GA Responsibilities & Qualifications Job Description Handle official company correspondences with the Department of Insurances for all states. Ensure the company adheres to state and federal regulations regarding filings, annual reports, corporate license renewals, and other requirements. Update and execute Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Operational Assessment tests in Archer. Maintain department Disaster Recovery Plan. Coordinate with internal departs to process ownership transfers and implement new entity transfers. Answer calls, communicate with stakeholders, and respond to inquiries while completing tasks within specified deadlines. Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams at different levels. Will be expected to cross‑train and learn multiple roles within the team and provide support as needed.
