As a Staff Engineer on the Clinical Fit team, you'll play a critical role in helping patients connect with the providers, specialists, and care pathways that best meet their needs.Zocdoc is evolving beyond a traditional healthcare marketplace into a platform that powers smarter, more personalized healthcare experiences. You'll help define the technical strategy that enables this transformation, building systems that leverage data, experimentation, and intelligent decision-making to improve clinical matching and patient outcomes.This role extends beyond delivering individual projects. You'll influence technical direction across teams, navigate ambiguity, and partner deeply with Product, Data Science, Operations, and Engineering leadership to solve some of the company's most complex challenges.
