You’ve already proven you can sell real estate.
Now the question is: How big do you actually want to build?
We’re looking for an established real estate professional in the Nashville market who has a track record of production, leadership, and creating business — and is ready to build something significantly bigger.
You may already lead a small team. You may be a high-producing agent who has attempted to build one. Either way, you’ve likely discovered that scaling requires more than just selling more homes.
Eventually, you become responsible for everything:
- Recruiting agents
- Training and developing them
- Creating accountability
- Improving lead conversion
- Building systems and processes
- Managing marketing and technology
- Solving problems
- Producing your own business at the same time
At a certain point, doing everything yourself becomes the ceiling.
This opportunity is designed for a leader who wants to continue building their name, presence, and organization in their area , while having significant infrastructure, systems, training, recruiting support, technology, and resources behind them.
Who We’re Looking For- Proven real estate production experience
- Strong understanding of the your local market
- Leadership experience or the desire and ability to lead a larger organization
- A track record of creating business and opportunities
- Someone who enjoys recruiting, coaching, developing, and holding agents accountable
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Desire to build beyond their personal production
This is not an entry-level real estate opportunity.
