Position Overview

We seek a dedicated and knowledgeable Sonography / Ultrasound Imaging Specialist to complement our ever-expanding group of imaging professionals committed to delivering remarkable care. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct various ultrasound examinations such as abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
  • Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout procedures while clearly explaining each step with kindness
  • Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to produce excellent diagnostic images
  • Maintain and operate imaging equipment, swiftly addressing any malfunctions
  • Document procedures accurately, managing patient records in the electronic medical system
  • Stay informed about advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices
Education Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
  • Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program
Required Certifications
  • Active certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
  • Preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
