Job Title: Documentation Coordinator III Location: Branchburg, NJ or Indianapolis, IN Type: Contract Compensation: $35-$45/hr Work Model: Onsite
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage company documentation systems
- Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation standards
- Support teams with document organization and archiving
- Coordinate document reviews and updates
- Assist in maintaining data security and confidentiality
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in a regulated environment or Quality Function
- Bachelors / Master degree in Life Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related subject or equivalent experience
- Experience with EDMS workflows, understands metadata concepts and possesses superior communication and analysis capabilities, is proactive with identifying and driving improvements
- Experience with Content Management and understands state of the art AI technologies. Experience in Confluence a plus
- Has the skills to effectively drive change within the organization
- Can manage highly complex and/or global projects, or equivalent experience
