Branch Customer Service Representative The Auto Club Group (ACG) is looking for a Branch Customer Service Representative to promote ACG products and services, provide exceptional customer satisfaction, and support daily branch operations. Job Type: Full time, hourly Job Overview As the face of the branch, you will greet members, sell membership and travel products, manage financial transactions, and handle customer inquiries and complaints. Your role will also include administrative support, outbound promotional calls, and participation in office events to drive revenue and member engagement. Responsibilities Greet members and provide service, support, and sales of membership, travel, and select banking products. Generate leads and update members on travel and insurance specials. Respond to customer inquiries and refer to senior staff or agents as needed. Provide cashiering services, including processing payments, loan installment and reinstatement transactions, ticket sales, and travel money products. Process remittance/depository transfers and balance the cash drawer. Receive and resolve member/customer complaints, seeking assistance from management when appropriate. Provide administrative support to travel and/or insurance sales staff during peak periods. Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience working in a customer-focused environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Personal responsibility for seeking solutions to problems. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet office customer service goals. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Capacity to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to exceed member expectations regarding professionalism, efficient service, and workplace maintenance. Comfortable working under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Availability to work irregular hours, including holidays and weekends; occasional community events.
