K-8 Life-Skills Coach & Motivation Leader

Alpha is hiring for a full-time, on-site Coach/Guide to run life-skills workshops for K-8 students and lead motivation sessions using Coachbot analytics. You will administer mastery assessments and push each student toward 100% weekly goals and mastery checks. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of direct work with K-8 students.
