Process Improvement Engineer

To optimize Courtyard's vault and logistics network, the full-time Process Improvement Engineer will design workflows, facility layouts, and labor models while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance throughput, reduce costs, and support expansion efforts. Key responsibilities Engineer end-to-end workflows across receiving, intake, storage, picking, packing, and shipping to optimize throughput and efficiency Define standard operating models and performance benchmarks across vaults and develop labor standards tied to volume forecasts Lead operational design for new facility launches and evaluate automation and tooling implementations to enhance processes Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in process improvement engineering, industrial engineering, or logistics engineering Hands-on experience in fulfillment centers, warehouses, or logistics networks Strong foundation in process engineering, workflow design, and operational modeling Comfort using data for decision-making, including throughput modeling and capacity planning Experience supporting facility launches and automation initiatives preferred
