I opened my agency in 1997 and bring over 35 years of insurance experience to the table. Over the years, I’ve built an office focused on stability, relationships, and creating a workplace where people can build long-term careers. I’ve been married for 29 years and have three kids. Outside of the office, I enjoy hiking, fishing, traveling, and spending time outdoors. We even have a pet-friendly office, which adds to the welcoming and comfortable atmosphere we’ve created. We offer a Simple IRA, health benefits, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Scott Queen - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
