As a Regional Business Development Manager at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing a designated territory and building strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities Manage a designated territory and develop strong relationships with customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth in the Healthcare vertical. Deliver exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support. Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales or a related field. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Additional desired qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field and a passion for sales and achieving results. Candidates should have strong business acumen, understanding of market dynamics, a customer‑focused mindset, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt. The salary range for this position is $102,100–$153,000. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This role is incentive eligible.
