Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland area Shift work - Sat to Wed 10 PM to 2 AM All work is on-site, in-person in a SCIF environment. This is not a hybrid or remote position. Clearance: Top Secret SCI with appropriate polygraph. Compensation: $97,000 to 105,000 Responsibilities Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure Mandatory Requirements and Certifications Remote Assistance Remote Desktop CompTIA A+ CE CompTIA Network+ CE Privileged User Must Sign an NDA Education Requirements High School or GED with 20 years experience Bachelors Degree with 15 years experience We believe great work starts with supporting our people.
