The Respiratory Care division of ZOLL Medical Corporation develops and distributes innovative, life-saving products and software solutions worldwide for hospitals and emergency services. As part of the Acute Care Technologies (ACT) group, the Respiratory Care division offers a range of ventilation solutions, including fabian, Bellavista, Z Vent, and Infant Flow LP. Our dedicated sales team is proud of its commitment to improving patient outcomes and providing top-notch customer service.

The covered area mainly includes Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg.

Travel activity: approximately 80% in the entire region.

Fluent English skills are mandatory.

Job Description:

As Area Manager Germany for the Respiratory Care division, you will be responsible for increasing sales performance in your area. Your primary goal is to exceed sales targets, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and maximize profitability.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in intensive care and a proven track record in medical sales.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in selling complex solutions to distributors and/or end-users.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Results-driven with a passion for exceeding goals and increasing sales.
• Ability and motivation to work remotely and visit customers 3–4 days per week throughout the area.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce).

Main tasks:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans for your area, including short- and long-term goals, market analyses, and strategic actions to open new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs, process inquiries, and provide exceptional service to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and qualification of potential customers in your area.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of sales opportunities and effectively nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
• Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations for potential customers to demonstrate the value and benefits of our offerings.
• Create accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management. Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
