Location: Warsaw, IN
Shift: 2nd Shift – 2:00 PM–10:00 PM Monday–Friday; 10:30 PM if an off-the-clock lunch is taken
Pay: $19.00 per hour + $1.25 shift premium
Weekend Work: Rotating weekends after becoming familiar with the position

Job Summary

Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and someone who takes pride in doing accurate work? We're seeking a Load Build / Load Breakdown Associate to join our team. In this entry-level role, you'll handle customer parts before and after heat treatment, build and break down production loads, complete required paperwork, and prepare finished parts for inspection or shipment.

No heat treat experience is required. We will provide on-the-job training to the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Load Build / Load Breakdown Associate, your core responsibilities will include:

-Load Building: Count, organize, and carefully build customer parts into heat treat loads while maintaining accuracy and part integrity.

-Customer Part Handling: Handle customer parts before and after heat treatment with care to prevent damage and maintain quality.

-Documentation & Traceability: Complete and sign required paperwork to maintain accurate records and ensure full traceability of customer parts.

-Load Breakdown: Break down completed heat treat loads and perform basic visual inspections of finished parts.

-Packaging: Package heat-treated parts for final inspection or shipment according to customer and company requirements.

-Quality & Decision Making: Make informed decisions during the load process to ensure customer requirements are met and quality standards are maintained.

In addition, you will also be expected to follow all safety and company procedures while keeping your work area clean, organized, and efficient.

• No previous heat treat experience required; training will be provided

• Availability for overtime and rotating weekend work after becoming familiar with the position
